Introducing Basket Builder and Schedule: Two New Features to Simplify Sponsorship Campaigns
NOW YOU CAN DO MORE THAN SPONSOR. YOU CAN PLAN THE WHOLE CAMPAIGN.
Introducing Basket Builder and Schedule: two new features that make it faster to find the right sponsorships and easier to know when they happen.
Every weekend across the country, youth athletic organizations are running tournaments, hosting games, and opening their facilities to thousands of athletes, families, and fans. Behind the scenes, the people running those programs are doing everything they can to keep them funded. They are coaching, coordinating, and fundraising, often without the resources they need to find the sponsorships they deserve.
That is why Stadiumatch exists. We connect these organizations with brands that want to reach their communities through sponsorships. And with today's update, we are making both sides of that equation meaningfully simpler.
We are launching two new features: Basket Builder, which helps sponsors build a full sponsorship campaign in minutes, and Schedule, a shared calendar that shows sponsors and athletic organizations exactly when every season is happening.
"The organizations on our platform are not media companies. They are coaches and operators who, through their passion for uplifting youth sports, have built physical and digital ecosystems filled with aspiring athletes and supportive fans" said Chris Angelos, Chief Revenue Officer at Stadiumatch. "Our job is to remove every barrier between them and the brands that want to join their team. Basket Builder brings sponsors to checkout faster. Schedule makes sure everyone knows what is happening and when. Both of those things matter if we want sponsorships to run efficiently, from discovery to execution to renewal."
Basket Builder
Stadiumatch lists hundreds of sponsorship opportunities across tournaments, leagues, sports complexes, camps, and individual club and school teams. For a sponsor running a regional or national campaign, finding the right mix used to mean browsing those listings one at a time and building a cart manually.
Basket Builder replaces that process. Sponsors enter a budget and set optional preferences (states, sports, genders, event types, date ranges) and Stadiumatch recommends a balanced portfolio. The system evaluates every eligible opportunity, scores each on value and goal alignment, and puts together a package that brands can review with summary metrics including reach, cost per impression, and organization coverage. Sponsors at every budget level can execute campaigns in minutes instead of months, spending less time on discovery and more time on impact.
We also built a companion feature called Default Creatives. Sponsors can save reusable brand templates for each sponsorship type. When a basket is added to cart, the right template is automatically applied to every item.
The goal is simple: a sponsor should be able to go from "I have a budget and a set of goals" to a complete, ready-to-checkout campaign in a single sitting.
Schedule
Once a sponsor checks out, the next question is always the same: when is everything happening?
Until now, there was no good answer. Sponsors tracked season dates manually. Athletic organizations coordinated fulfillment across multiple sponsors with no shared timeline. Both sides made it work, but it was harder than it needed to be.
Schedule changes that. It is a new top-level page, available to both sponsors and athletic organizations, that plots every confirmed sponsorship on a month-view calendar organized by season.
Up Next shows the nearest upcoming seasons at a glance. Click into any season and you get the full picture: organization, sport, venue, date range, load-in logistics, and every sponsorship tied to that window. We built this feature to work for every sport format and season length, ranging from a weekend tournament to a multi-month school team schedule.
A few things we got right that we think matter:
- Confirmed only. Only sponsorships that have been approved and are in progress appear on the calendar. No pending requests, no rejected ones. What you see is what is actually happening.
- Integrated everywhere. A new Dashboard widget surfaces upcoming seasons on the home screen. Every sponsorship request now links back to its season on the calendar. You do not have to go looking for the timeline; it meets you where you already are.
- Built for both sides. Sponsors see their own sponsorships. Athletic organizations see all confirmed sponsorships across their venues, with request counts and fulfillment status. Same layout, different scope.
Better Together
These two features connect naturally. A sponsor can use Basket Builder to put together a multi-organization campaign, check out, and immediately see every season appear on Schedule. From "I want to reach youth basketball programs in 15 states" to a fully tracked, calendar-visible campaign, without leaving the platform.
For athletic organizations, more sponsors completing checkout faster means more revenue into youth sports. And a shared calendar means less stress and fewer "when does this start again?" emails.
That is the update. Both features are available now for all users at stadiumatch.com.
About Stadiumatch
Stadiumatch started with a simple idea: athletic organizations that invest everything in their programs deserve a real way to earn sponsorship revenue, and brands that want to support those communities deserve a simple way to do it. The platform connects sponsors with opportunities across tournaments, leagues, sports complexes, camps, and individual club and school teams. Sponsors discover, purchase, and manage sponsorships. Athletic organizations post opportunities, approve requests, and benefit from their new partnership. All in one place. Learn more at stadiumatch.com.
